What's covered
- Only products that are in good operating condition when
the Post Warranty Service is originally purchased. To
qualify, the product must have been maintained in accordance
with specifications listed in the HP product manual,
including the use of proper media and supplies as well as
regular user maintenance. Warranties purchased at the same
time the plotter is purchased from Nationwide Data Systems
automatically qualify.
- Good operating condition at the time of purchase means
the product is working properly and has been maintained in
accordance with specifications listed in the HP product
manual, including the use of proper media, supplies and user
maintenance.
- Nationwide Data Systems will provide all labor, parts
and travel for hardware support to maintain a working
product. Replaced parts become property of Nationwide Data
Systems.
- Pre-installed internal components sold and installed by
HP or Nationwide Data Systems only.
Service Hours Monday through Friday from 8:30
AM until 5:30 PM EST, excluding holidays.
Geographic Coverage Post Warranty Service is
available as described within a 100-mile radius of Nationwide
Data Systems. Response time may increase if customer site is
further than 100 miles away.
Service Terms A Nationwide Data Systems Service
Technician will arrive at customer site to begin maintenance
service between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM local time, no later than
the next day after a call is received, Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays. Calls received after 4PM will be logged on
the following business day.
Service Coverage Nationwide Data Systems may
provide onsite service, onsite unit exchange, remote unit
exchange or return to depot repair. Nationwide Data Systems will
determine the exact response time and level of support when the
service call is placed. For onsite service, customer is
responsible for providing access to products and for ensuring
that an adult representative is present while service is being
performed.
Exclusions This warranty excludes the repair of
damage caused by accident, fire, water, forces of nature, flood,
hurricanes, tornadoes, abuse or by relocation of equipment.
Damage as a result of direct lightening strikes is only covered
if protection devices, approved by Nationwide Data Systems, are
used and purchased with the plotter. |
